What counts as “specialised” cleaning?
Anything beyond routine daily cleaning — work at height, facade and glazing, post-construction, sanitisation and biohazard, industrial degreasing, and restorative floor and carpet care. These jobs need specific training, equipment and safety documentation.
Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents?
Yes. Risk assessments, method statements, COSHH data sheets and insurance certificates are supplied with every quote, ready for your facilities team or principal contractor.
Can you work outside business hours?
Absolutely. Much of our work happens early mornings, evenings, weekends or during planned shutdowns so your building keeps running normally.
Do you offer one-off cleans as well as contracts?
Both. We handle one-off deep, builders' and emergency cleans, as well as scheduled contracts for windows, facades, floors and periodic deep cleans.
How quickly can you give a quote?
For most jobs we can survey within a few working days and send a fixed, itemised quote within 48 hours of the visit. Simple jobs can often be priced from photos.
Are your cleaning products safe for people and pets?
We favour low-impact, biodegradable products and pure-water systems wherever they do the job, and only use stronger chemicals where the task requires it — always under COSHH controls.
